01BookBack
Online booking, pre-visit reminders and bringing back those who haven't come in a while: the system writes «long time no see» on its own and shows the free slots. Skins for barbershops, tattoo and salons, payment by link. Already running for our first clients.live02
02Payment by link
Client books — gets a payment link right away. The receipt sends itself, a «paid» checkmark shows up in the request list, and there's no morning spent matching transfers against screenshots. Lives inside BookBack and can be plugged in on its own.live03
03Space School
A website for a language school: a short quiz matches a teacher to your goal and level, and a trial lesson is booked in a couple of clicks. Inside — an admin panel with a CRM: students, groups, schedule, payments and attendance in one place, no Google Sheets and no ten chats.in the works04
04Night assistant
Answers the routine questions in messengers — «how much», «where are you», «any slots on Saturday» — at any hour of the day. Anything trickier it carefully sets aside for a human in the morning, context included. We're road-testing it on our own requests, so we never have to blush over yours.in the works05
05Request console
One list of every enquiry — from the site, Telegram and DMs. You see who got a reply, who was promised a call back and who slipped through. It's the «CRM without a CRM course»: no long rollout, no staff training.in the works06
06Review collector
After the visit the system asks the client for a rating: happy ones are gently guided to leave a review on Google Maps, unhappy ones — into a private chat with the owner, before the grudge becomes a public star. The prototype is built.in the works07
07Content engine
Social posts for your business from a single description: the system prepares the texts and a week's schedule ahead, and the owner just hits «ok» or tweaks a couple of words. Getting it ready for the first pilots.in the works08
08Chat digest
A morning summary of yesterday's client chats: what was agreed, what was promised, what's hanging without a reply. We run it on the studio's own conversations before offering it to anyone else.in the worksWant to be first to try something from «in the works» — write to us, we'll plug you in and listen to what's off. We promise straight talk: what's ready and what's still raw.
