In short: terms are fixed before the start, we work under a contract, and your project never surfaces anywhere without your consent. Details below.
Who we are and what we do
Nocto is a studio for small business: websites, request tracking, online booking, payments, automation and AI. One partner instead of five contractors.
How the work is built
Five stages: talk → plan → build → launch → support. Before the start you get a written plan: what we do, in what order, within what timeframe ranges. Then we stick to it — and if something drifts, you hear it first.
Money and the contract
We name the price after the talk, once the scope is clear — and fix it in writing. We work under a contract, payment in stages. No new numbers «out of thin air» mid-project: if the scope changes, we discuss it first.
NDA and portfolio
By default your project isn't published. In «Works» we show cases anonymised or with the owner's explicit consent. Some projects are fully closed by NDA — about those we stay silent.
Honesty
Demos on this site are labelled as demos. No invented metrics, reviews or «trusted by 500 companies» here — not now, not ever.
After launch
Our own mistakes we fix at our own expense — that's not «extra work», that's our work. You stay in touch with the same person who built the system, not a new manager.
