The school teaches. The system books.
A language school in Poland: seven programs, eight teachers — and leads drowning in DMs. We built a website with a quiz and an admin panel and launched it on the school's domain. Below — what's inside.
How it was
- No website: people found the school by word of mouth and Instagram
- Leads arrived as DMs and voice messages; some simply got lost
- Who signed up and who got a reply lived in someone's head and chats
How it is
- A three-language site that detects the visitor's language on its own
- A quiz that matches a teacher and turns a visit into a lead
- Every lead in one journal, with the Telegram group alerted instantly
What we built
A site in three languages
Ukrainian, Polish, English: everyone finds the school in their own language. A visitor with a Polish phone gets the site in Polish — and the choice is remembered.
A teacher-matching quiz
Six questions — and the system picks a teacher, explains why, and books a free consultation. Visitors don't leave to think it over; they leave a lead.
An admin panel
Prices, teachers, texts, reviews, photos — the school changes everything itself, no developers needed. Change a price in the panel — the site already shows the new one.
A lead journal with roles
Every lead in one list: where it came from, which program, what status. The owner sees everything; a manager sees leads only. Nothing gets lost in chats anymore.
Telegram alerts
Managers learn about a new lead in seconds — without the name or phone. Personal data stays in the panel, not in a chat.
Data protection — GDPR
Consent is checked server-side; bots and spam are cut off automatically. Only staff can read the leads.
Turnkey launch
Domain, SSL, hosting, sitemap — set up, tested, sent for indexing. Google sees three languages as one site, not three copies.
One lead — from click to status
What it looks like
The outcome
The site takes leads, the school runs its own content, managers work in the journal. We're nearby, but nothing stops without us.
The school is real and the case wears no makeup: everything described is running in production right now.
