In short: we collect the minimum, share it with no one, delete it on first request. Below — the same thing, in detail and by the book.
Who answers for the data
Nocto is a small digital studio, and we're also the controller of your data in the GDPR sense (in Poland the regulation is called RODO). The fastest way to reach us is Telegram: @nocto_ivan.
What we collect
Only what you leave in the request form yourself: your name, a channel for the reply, your contact in that channel and the text of the task. That's enough to answer — we don't ask for more.
One more line travels with your request: where you arrived from — "Google search", "Instagram" or "direct" — and which page the form was sent from. That tells us which channels work. The line lives in the tab's memory until the end of your visit and is gone once you close it.
No ad trackers and no pixels. The only analytics is Vercel's anonymous visit counter: it counts page views, sets no cookies and collects nothing that identifies you. Cookies are technical only, to keep the site itself running.
Why and on what grounds
We use the form data for exactly one thing: replying to your request and discussing your task. The legal basis is your own enquiry and the consent you tick in the box (Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) GDPR).
No newsletters. Nobody gets filed into a «warm-up» database.
Where we keep it and for how long
Your request lands in the studio's private work chat and stays there while we discuss and build your task. Want it gone — one message to @nocto_ivan and we delete everything within a day.
Who we share it with
We don't sell it or pass it on to anyone. The technical intermediaries the site can't run without: the site's hosting provider and the messenger the request arrives through. They have their own data protection policies.
Your rights
You can find out what we hold about you, correct it or ask us to delete it — write to @nocto_ivan, we reply within a day.
If you believe we've handled your data wrongly, you have the right to complain to a supervisory body — in our case the Polish supervisory authority UODO (Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych).
